(OTC:BB “IEVM”) announced today that D2W2, LLC (West Palm Beach, Florida), IET’s industry-specific dealer in the food processing arena, has facilitated a successful in-plant placement of EcaFlo® products within a Dole Produce manufacturing facility.
Managing Partner of D2W2, LLC, Will Willis, Jr. stated, “We have been working closely with IET and Dole for nearly two years. Together, we have validated the efficacy and veracity of IET’s EcaFlo® technology for specific applications within the Dole facility. The initial purchase order has been received and the IET equipment has been shipped and commissioned in Dole’s California operation.

Little River, SC—November 16, 2010 —Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTC:BB “IEVM”) announced today that November 2010 marks the successful launch of commercial, natural gas “fracking” jobs in the Marcellus Shale region, aided by IEVM’s EcaFlo® Anolyte as the biocide used in frac waters. The technology fee revenue stream generated by these Anolyte-assisted frac jobs is now deemed to be material by management. Hence, despite certain limitations, IEVM is fulfilling its duty as a public Company to inform shareholders and the public regarding the significance of this long sought-after venture.

(OTC:BB “IEVM”) announced today that it continues to position its EcaFlo® technology with effective European distribution channels, such as recently secured between IET and Eur-Eca, Srl., an Italian corporation, that currently operates out of its Ecopol, Srl. manufacturing plant (www.ecopol.it) in southern Italy. IET has conveyed first rights of refusal on certain territories outside of the oil and gas industry to Eur-Eca, and grants full and exclusive authorization to Eur-Eca to pursue and obtain specified European Union certifications, including lab testing, product testing and submission of application for the certification of meeting EU standards and receiving the “CE®” mark for IET’s proprietary EcaFlo® equipment, as well as for EcaFlo® Anolyte and EcaFlo® Catholyte.

We have changed the venue for our upcoming Annual Meeting. We were informed this week that our original venue will no longer be available due to a bank foreclosure on their property.
