LITTLE RIVER, S.C., March 28, 2012 – Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (“IET” or the “Company”) (OTC Bulletin Board: IEVM), announced today that Brady Industries, Inc. (“Brady”), a janitorial and sanitation wholesale distribution company, has added IET’s Excelyte® disinfecting solution and Catholyte Zero™ cleaning solution to the Brady product offerings. Brady has offices and warehouse facilities in Salt Lake City, Utah; Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada; Boise, Idaho; Albuquerque and Farmington, New Mexico; and Phoenix, Arizona. Brady sells to both local and regional commercial customers. Brady’s Salt Lake City, Utah facility is currently selling Excelyte® and Catholyte Zero™ solutions to customers that include fitness gyms, hospitals, grocery stores and office buildings. As the anticipated demand for Excelyte® and Catholyte Zero™ solutions grows, the Company expects to expand the distribution to the other Brady locations and to have the solutions offered for purchase through the Brady website. The Company and its sales management partner, TrueLogix LLC, recently completed a training session with Brady Salt Lake City, Utah sales representatives on the effectiveness of Excelyte® and Catholyte Zero™ solutions. The Company will supply Brady with the Excelyte® and Catholyte Zero™ solutions from its Layton, Utah facility.

The Company is also working with nine independent sales representatives that are developing territories in Utah, New Mexico, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, California, Nevada, North Dakota, Washington and Montana. These independent sales representatives are primarily looking to sell

Excelyte® and Catholyte Zero™ solutions to janitorial and sanitation customers and to agricultural customers.

David LaVance, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented “The placement of Excelyte® and Catholyte Zero™ solutions into the Brady organization was the culmination of an extensive effort on the part of the Company and TrueLogix to access the Brady distribution network and represents a major step toward broadening the distribution channels for our solutions. I am pleased that we have gained traction with a diverse group of customers that appreciate the benefits of Excelyte® and Catholyte Zero™ solutions as effective, non-toxic, environmentally responsible alternatives to hazardous chemicals traditionally prevalent in commercial use.”

Howard Gee, a principal of TrueLogix, observed “Brady Industries sees hundreds of product offerings on an annual basis. To have Excelyte® and Catholyte Zero™ solutions accepted by Brady and placed into its product offerings speaks to the uniqueness of the solutions and provides IET with access to a significant base of commercial customers.”

Company to Focus on EcaFlo® Solution Sales and Engages Experienced Sales Management Organization

LITTLE RIVER, S.C., December 12, 2011 – Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: IEVM), announced today:

a change in strategic focus from selling capital equipment to selling consumable products;

the establishment of a new Utah production facility, which is the first in a planned network of nationwide facilities to produce and distribute EcaFlo® solutions;

the engagement of a sales management organization to organize, build and manage a network of independent sales representatives to directly sell EcaFlo® solutions to commercial and industrial customers; and

the receipt of initial purchase orders for EcaFlo® solutions, the delivery of which are scheduled to begin later this month.

The Company’s adoption of the new sales and marketing strategy focuses on the sale of EcaFlo® solutions directly to industrial and commercial users. While the Company will continue to lease EcaFlo® equipment to certain customers, its primary focus will be on the sale of EcaFlo® solutions to the hospital, janitorial and sanitation and food processing markets.

The Company intends to establish several manufacturing sites located throughout the United States where the EcaFlo® solutions will be produced using the Company’s proprietary EcaFlo® equipment. The Company currently manufactures EcaFlo® solutions in Little River, South Carolina and has established manufacturing capabilities in Salt Lake City, Utah.

In connection with this strategy, the Company has engaged TrueLogix, LLC to provide sales management services to the Company and to develop a national sales network. TrueLogix’s principals have over 50 years of domestic and international experience in the sales and marketing of various household goods and janitorial and sanitation products and in establishing and managing independent sales representative networks. The Company and TrueLogix have recruited several independent sales representatives and are in the process of finalizing the contracts with the respective sales representatives. In addition, the Company has secured its first purchase orders from customers for EcaFlo® solutions.

David R. LaVance, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated, commented, “Over the past several months, our management team has extensively reviewed the Company’s products and market opportunities. In our discussions with potential customers, we were repeatedly told that they would prefer to buy our EcaFlo® solutions rather than make a capital investment in the EcaFlo® equipment. It became evident that, while our EcaFlo® equipment is a high quality product, the biggest opportunity for the Company is in the distribution and sale of our EcaFlo® solutions. We believe there is a substantial market opportunity for our environmentally friendly disinfectant, EcaFlo® Anolyte, which destroys superbugs and other harmful bacteria and viruses without toxic residue, in the hospital, janitorial, sanitation and food processing markets. We are excited about our relationship with TrueLogix and believe their sales and marketing experience will be a great asset to the Company as we implement our new sales and marketing strategy”.

Howard B. Gee, a principal of TrueLogix, observed “Based on my conversations with several potential customers, I believe there is a tremendous market opportunity for EcaFlo® Anolyte, which we believe is an effective, non-toxic and cost competitive alternative to bleach and other disinfecting solutions. In a time when the public wants greener, effective disinfectants, we see EcaFlo® Anolyte having significant market appeal. We believe that Integrated’s proprietary EcaFlo® equipment provides a distinct advantage because it can produce solutions in a reliable and consistent manner.”

The Company continues to work with Benchmark Performance Group, Inc. and Benchmark’s affiliate, Red Oak Water Transfer, Inc., both wholly-owned subsidiaries of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc., on the deployment of EcaFlo® Anolyte in the water transfer operations supporting hydraulic fracturing of oil and gas. EcaFlo® Anolyte is EPA-registered for oil and gas applications and can be used as a biocide to treat produced, make-up and flow-back water associated with hydraulic fracturing of oil and gas. Mr. LaVance commented “We believe that introducing EcaFlo® Anolyte into the water delivery process for oil and gas sites is a cost effective way for production companies to deliver an effective biocide that will kill the various bacteria that create significant problems in the hydraulic fracturing and production process. With all of the recent concerns about the potential environmental impact of the various chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing, we believe that EcaFlo® Anolyte provides a compelling alternative to traditional biocides and that a large market opportunity exists.”

About Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd.

David LaVance, Executive Chairman of Integrated, commented, “The ability of the EcaFlo® equipment to produce environmentally friendly products, such as EcaFlo® Anolyte, which destroy superbugs and other harmful bacteria and viruses without toxic residue, makes it an outstanding solution for disinfection and as a biocide. We believe that EcaFlo® Anolyte is an effective, non-toxic and lower cost alternative to bleach and other disinfecting solutions. EcaFlo® Anolyte is ideally suited for businesses looking for cost-saving methods for disinfecting public places, food processing areas and medical facilities and for reducing the bacteria levels in water associated with energy exploration and other industrial processes. We believe that there is significant opportunity for our products, and our message is simple: disinfect in an environmentally friendly and effective manner at a lower cost.”

Little River, South Carolina — March 9, 2010 — Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTC:BB “IEVM”) announced today that it has engaged in a demonstration project with the Medical University of South Carolina (“MUSC”), located in Charleston, South Carolina. The demonstration is scheduled to last sixty days, and will assess the efficacy of EcaFlo® fluid solutions as they may be used within the facilities of a medical university. It will also demonstrate the ease of use of IET’s EcaFlo® equipment for the production of its “green” cleaning and disinfecting solutions. MUSC becomes the first hospital of its kind to benefit from the less expensive, safe, “green,” EPA-registered hospital disinfectant, EcaFlo® Anolyte (EPA Registration No. 82341-1). It is anticipated that this demonstration will lead to the execution of a System Service Agreement with the University.

The Medical University of South Carolina, working closely with IET staff, will utilize EcaFlo® Anolyte in its gross anatomy labs, animal research labs and in the College of Dental Medicine. In addition, comparative use analyses will take place in MUSC’s Pharmacology Center and within the Bioengineering Department, as well as in general areas throughout the campus, such as public restrooms, lobbies and waiting areas.

Stuart A. Emmons, P.E., Director of Engineering and Research and Development for IET, commented, “We are confident that our EcaFlo® products will complement every organization’s GREEN initiatives, and will be beneficial to the health and safety of everyone exposed to public health organisms or to the traditional hazardous chemicals used to mitigate them. I believe that the combination of a medical facility with a university, such as found at the Medical University of South Carolina, is the perfect setting to showcase how EcaFlo® Anolyte will do a better job killing microorganisms, while saving money in these times of fiscal constraints.”

William E. (“Bill”) Prince, CEO and President of IET, stated, “We see a great value in working together with the Medical University of South Carolina to validate EcaFlo® Anolyte’s significant attributes. We know that EcaFlo® Anolyte is more effective than traditional disinfecting chemicals and we appreciate having MUSC as a partner to demonstrate that the time has come for a change from the expensive, hazardous chemicals they previously used, to IET’s environmentally responsible disinfecting and cleansing solutions. These EcaFlo® solutions can be depended upon to take care of even the most resistant bacteria, viruses and fungi, while saving the University a minimum of 30% of the costs currently associated with their sanitation and disinfection chemicals.”

About Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. / IET, Inc.: IET, Inc. is the wholly-owned operating subsidiary of Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTC:BB “IEVM”). Electrochemical activation (“ECA”) is innovatively deployed by IET’s EcaFlo® equipment, using water and a minute amount of sodium chloride to reliably produce environmentally responsible EcaFlo® Anolyte (non-hazardous hypochlorous acid) at a minimum of 500 ppm Free Available Chlorine (FAC) and at neutral pH. EcaFlo® Anolyte is an EPA-registered, hospital-level surface disinfectant which can be used safely any where there is a need to control pathogens, bacteria, viruses, and germs. To learn more about Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. and IET, Inc., please visit our websites at www.ietltd.net (Investor Relations) and www.ietecaflo.com (Product Information).

Forward-Looking Statements: The statements in this press release regarding future opportunities and any other effect, result or aspect of EcaFlo® equipment or EcaFlo® fluid solutions and any other statements, which are not historical facts, are forward-looking statements. Such statements involve risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to the state of the Company’s current operations, results of tests, applicability of the Company’s technology, costs, delays, and any other difficulties related to the Company’s business plan, the Company’s sources of liquidity, risks and effects of legal and administrative proceedings and governmental regulation, future financial and operational results, competition, general economic conditions, marketability of the Company’s EcaFlo® equipment, effects of EcaFlo® Anolyte or EcaFlo® Catholyte, and the ability to manage and continue growth. Should one or more of these risks or uncertainties materialize, or should underlying assumptions prove incorrect, actual outcomes may vary materially from those indicated. We undertake no obligation to revise or update such statements to reflect current events or circumstances after the date hereof or to reflect the occurrence of unanticipated events.

November 18, 2010 – Little River, SC – Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTC:BB “IEVM”) announced today that D2W2, LLC (West Palm Beach, Florida), IET’s industry-specific dealer in the food processing arena, has facilitated a successful in-plant placement of EcaFlo® products within a Dole Produce manufacturing facility.

Managing Partner of D2W2, LLC, Will Willis, Jr. stated, “We have been working closely with IET and Dole for nearly two years. Together, we have validated the efficacy and veracity of IET’s EcaFlo® technology for specific applications within the Dole facility. The initial purchase order has been received and the IET equipment has been shipped and commissioned in Dole’s California operation.

Willis further stated, “Dole has been an exceptional partner in this project. They have worked diligently with us to thoroughly test the IET technology in a variety of applications. Now that we have been accepted for use for drain and surface disinfecting, Dole continues to work to identify the effectiveness of EcaFlo® in a number of additional applications. IET has successfully demonstrated its ability to install and maintain its EcaFlo® equipment in plant operating environments. Once we validate additional applications for IET’s technology, we have every expectation that we will work to expand into all of Dole’s domestic manufacturing facilities.”

William E. Prince, President and CEO of IET, commented, “IET’s business plan contemplated the need to get validation by a nationally recognized and highly regarded manufacturing company before we could aggressively expand our distribution base. Although this has taken longer than any of us would have liked, it was essential that Dole be 100% confident in our capabilities. The joint effort with Dole has been gratifying and we look forward to the identification and implementation of our EcaFlo® fluid solutions for other applications within the Dole production process.”

Prince continued, “D2W2 has managed to move IET’s EcaFlo® equipment and EcaFlo® solutions into a market that wanted to change its sanitation program, but would only make the huge paradigm shift away from current protocols if the replacement for those chemicals was more effective, safe and ‘Green.’ We are extremely confident that EcaFlo® Anolyte and EcaFlo® Catholyte are the very solutions this industry has been seeking.”

Little River, SC—November 16, 2010 —Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTC:BB “IEVM”) announced today that November 2010 marks the successful launch of commercial, natural gas “fracking” jobs in the Marcellus Shale region, aided by IEVM’s EcaFlo® Anolyte as the biocide used in frac waters. The technology fee revenue stream generated by these Anolyte-assisted frac jobs is now deemed to be material by management. Hence, despite certain limitations, IEVM is fulfilling its duty as a public Company to inform shareholders and the public regarding the significance of this long sought-after venture.

Bill Prince, President and CEO of Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd., stated, “In excess of 100,000 gallons of EcaFlo® Anolyte were used in the recent completion of a large, multi-stage ‘frac’ in the Marcellus Shale.” Prince added, “Our distributor to this industry has informed us that two additional Pennsylvania wells have been booked for completion during the month of November within the Marcellus Shale Region and that the first job in Oklahoma has also been scheduled. After working closely with our distributor, and dedicating three years of time, energy, and resources to the development of the oil and gas hydraulic fracturing application, we are now able to finally recognize the first revenues from technology fees associated with the ongoing sales of EcaFlo® Anolyte into this market.”

In August, IET announced the delivery of ten more of its EcaFlo® Model C-104 units that were placed in, and are operated by, our distributor’s Millwood, West Virginia facility. The production of start-up quantities and the use of EcaFlo® Anolyte in the gas field services business signals the adoption of our “green” biocide as a meaningful contributor to the opening-up of these tightly locked gas reserves, and the implementation by the oil and gas industry of our fluids as part of the regular frac process. It also signals that IEVM expects to receive a growing amount of technology fees, according to the per gallon usage of EcaFlo® Anolyte in the field.

Based on the number of anticipated wells to be serviced, these “per-gallon” technology fees are expected to become a significant, growing source of on-going revenues. While revenue numbers to date have not met projections, these high-margin technology fees are expected to meaningfully both help expand our future revenue line and improve profitability.

About Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. / IET, Inc.: IET, Inc. is a wholly-owned operating subsidiary of Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTC:BB “IEVM”) IET’s EcaFlo® equipment produces environmentally-responsible EcaFlo® Anolyte which in this application is used to manage bacteria in stimulation and “frac” fluids in production wells and to improve production in wells impacted by down-hole growth of bacteria and restrictive biomass. EcaFlo® Anolyte also can remove scale and biofilm buildup from piping and systems, improving performance and enhancing well production. Electrochemical activation (ECA) is innovatively deployed by IET’s EcaFlo® equipment, using water and a minute amount of sodium chloride, and reliably producing EcaFlo® Anolyte (non-hazardous hypochlorous acid) at a minimum of 500 ppm Free Available Chlorine (FAC) and at neutral pH. To learn more about Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. and IET, Inc., please visit our websites at www.ietltd.net (Investor Relations) and www.ietecaflo.com (Product).

Forward-Looking Statements: The statements in this press release regarding future opportunities and any other effect, result or aspect of EcaFlo® equipment and any other statements, which are not historical facts, are forward-looking statements. Such statements involve risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to, costs and difficulties related to the sale of EcaFlo® equipment, the state of the Company’s current operations, results of tests, applicability of the Company’s technology, costs, delays, and any other difficulties related to the Company’s business plan, the company’s sources of liquidity, risks and effects of legal and administrative proceedings and governmental regulation, future financial and operational results, competition, general economic conditions, marketability of the Company’s EcaFlo® equipment, effects of EcaFlo® Anolyte, and the ability to manage and continue growth.
