Company to Focus on EcaFlo® Solution Sales and Engages Experienced Sales Management Organization
LITTLE RIVER, S.C., December 12, 2011 – Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: IEVM), announced today:
- a change in strategic focus from selling capital equipment to selling consumable products;
- the establishment of a new Utah production facility, which is the first in a planned network of nationwide facilities to produce and distribute EcaFlo® solutions;
- the engagement of a sales management organization to organize, build and manage a network of independent sales representatives to directly sell EcaFlo® solutions to commercial and industrial customers; and
- the receipt of initial purchase orders for EcaFlo® solutions, the delivery of which are scheduled to begin later this month.

David R. LaVance Named Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and Thomas S. Gifford Named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary
LITTLE RIVER, S.C., June 22, 2011 – Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: IEVM), announced today that, effective June 16, 2011, David R. LaVance, the Company’s Executive Chairman, was named the Company’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and Thomas S. Gifford, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, was named the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. In connection with the appointments, Mr. LaVance resigned as the Company’s Executive Chairman. Mr. LaVance and Mr. Gifford replaced William E. Prince, the Company’s former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Marion C. Sofield, the Company’s former Executive Vice President of Operations and Secretary. The employment of each of Mr. Prince and Ms. Sofield ended with the Company on June 16, 2011. In addition, each of Mr. Prince and Ms. Sofield resigned as members of the Company’s Board of Directors.

Little River, South Carolina — March 9, 2010 — Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTC:BB “IEVM”) announced today that it has engaged in a demonstration project with the Medical University of South Carolina (“MUSC”), located in Charleston, South Carolina. The demonstration is scheduled to last sixty days, and will assess the efficacy of EcaFlo® fluid solutions as they may be used within the facilities of a medical university. It will also demonstrate the ease of use of IET’s EcaFlo® equipment for the production of its “green” cleaning and disinfecting solutions. MUSC becomes the first hospital of its kind to benefit from the less expensive, safe, “green,” EPA-registered hospital disinfectant, EcaFlo® Anolyte (EPA Registration No. 82341-1). It is anticipated that this demonstration will lead to the execution of a System Service Agreement with the University.

Mr. Gardner joined forces with IET officially on February 7, 2011, and will serve the Company as its Executive Vice President for Sales and Business Development. Focusing on developing key accounts in new markets and obtaining sales-generated revenues for IET in existing accounts, Mr. Gardner is uniquely qualified to fill this critical role. Among John’s strengths is the ability to identify actionable drivers to sustainable business development. November 18, 2010 – Little River, SC – Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTC:BB “IEVM”) announced today that D2W2, LLC (West Palm Beach, Florida), IET’s industry-specific dealer in the food processing arena, has facilitated a successful in-plant placement of EcaFlo® products within a Dole Produce manufacturing facility.
Managing Partner of D2W2, LLC, Will Willis, Jr. stated, “We have been working closely with IET and Dole for nearly two years. Together, we have validated the efficacy and veracity of IET’s EcaFlo® technology for specific applications within the Dole facility. The initial purchase order has been received and the IET equipment has been shipped and commissioned in Dole’s California operation.
